As a programmer I sit a lot in front of the computer and I am in need of exercise. For years I have tried losing weight with not much success.
I have tried a few apps, but I did not feel like any of them were right. For example to me it is unmanagable to start with 5 squats and in a month end up with having to do 300 of them. Among other things, this is why I decided to make my own app.
I built the program with my own methods, with regard to balance and progressive, effective training. If the task was uncomfortable or some function was tough, I modified the algorithm.

- Intelligent resting-day monitoring; the program adapts to your daily routine and not the other way around.
- After a days set you can signal how difficult should the next workout be, this way every workout will adjust to your endurance.
- Tested and diverse exercises.
- When you complete a set, new exercises will be added.
- A sound-signal at half-time to help with your endurance.
- There are exercises that must be completed on your left and right side separatedly (side plank, for example). The app will indicate which side should you be doing with an arrow, with a half-time switch.
- The whole workout will automatically go through without you having to keep making the app move forward.
